All on-line credit card transactions are conducted via a secure server.

Payment Methods
We offer 3 payment methods - Credit/Debit Card (Via PayPal or Nochex)- Personal Cheque - Postal Order

• Credit cards accepted are - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and American Express. 
• Cheques - All cheques are subject to a 7 working days clearance policy.
• Postal Orders - All postal Orders are subject to a 3 day clearance policy.

Deliveries Policy
We use the Royal Mail / Parcel Force company to deliver our products.~ All products are insured in conjunction with the Royal Mail / Parcel Force policy. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Pricing
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.~ All products are priced in UK sterling, and include VAT at the current rate.

Orders
We endeavour to fulfil orders within 10 working days, if there is any reason why the order cannot be fulfilled within this time we will contact you. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the need arises.

Returns Policy
If for some reason your product does not reach you in a satisfactory condition, you must notify us straight away.  Refunds will only be issued when the damaged / unwanted goods have been returned to us, at your expense.
